The App is designed to be private by default. You can play without creating an account, signing in, or providing personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.
We do not collect, store, sell, or share personal information through the App for advertising or profiling purposes.
If you contact us by email (for example at support@amazoniareels.com), we will receive the email address and any information you include in the message so we can respond. We use that correspondence only to provide support and do not sell it.
Game progress — such as virtual coins, rank, missions, daily rewards, collection items, settings, and similar gameplay state — is saved locally on your device. This information is not uploaded to our servers.
Uninstalling the App or clearing the App's data removes this local information from that device.
The App is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App does not require personal data to play, children can use the entertainment features without providing personal information to us.
If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact support@amazoniareels.com and we will delete that correspondence where reasonably possible.
This Android App is distributed through Google Play. Google may collect information according to its own privacy policy when you download, install, update, or manage the App (for example account, device, and store analytics information). We do not control Google's data practices.
The App itself is not designed to make network calls to our servers for the purpose of collecting your personal data.
The App is intended to run with minimal permissions. It does not require access to your contacts, camera, microphone, or precise location to provide core gameplay. If a platform or future update requests an optional permission, it will be used only for the stated feature.
Because gameplay data remains on your device, security also depends on your device settings, lock screen, OS updates, and backups. Keep your device software up to date and use platform security features.
Since we do not operate a user account database for the App, there is generally no personal profile for us to access, correct, or delete on a server. You control local game data on your device and can remove it by deleting the App or clearing App storage.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1707 CAPITAL GROWTH FUND I, GP LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue or modify the App or these Terms at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimer, and limitation of liability) will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
